10 teams make up the NIHL South's top tier. Teams will play each other 4 times (twice home and twice away)
The team finishing in first place will be crowned the NIHL South Division 1 Champions and will play the North Champions in a National Champions Final on Saturday 19th April 2025 in Coventry)

The League NIHL South teams are divided into two groups of 5. Cup games count towards the overall League table as well as a the Cup table.
Semi Finals take place across the weekend of 18th & 19th January 2025 with the Cup Final taking place on 22nd & 23rd February 2025.
