They will continue to represent the Invicta Colts U18 line up as they now take the first steps into their senior ice hockey careers.
The Chard name will be familiar with Mos fans, Evan will be the fourth Chard to represent the club, following in the footsteps of his Dad Phil (Dynamos Legend) and brothers Taylor and Brandon (Last season’s Players Player of the Year). Evan has represented at all levels of the junior system, last season at both U16 and U18 level. Across the 23 games he played he scored 37 goals, 16 assists and totalled 53 points. He also represented England U16 level as a reward for his performances.

He registered his first senior assist away in MK against the Thunder. At U18 level he was present in all their fixtures contributing 3 goals and 7 assists for 10 points in the season. His performances ended with him picking up Defenceman of the Year for the team. Dan will now continue to build on the strong start he had with the team last term.
Dylan started his hockey career in the Invicta set up representing the club from U10 up to U16 level. In the 2022/23 season he moved across to the Guildford Firerstars (U16) and Firekings (U18) where he iced a total of 25 times delivering 19 pts (8G+11A). In that season he was also selected for England U16 for their 4 games against Scotland. During 2023/24 Worthy

split his playing time between Guildford and Haringey at U16 / U18 level and this time was selected to play for GB U16 picking up 1 goal in the 8 games he played.
Netminder Nikolai Divall steps up to the Mos following an excellent season at both U16 and U18 level. He posted both a 95.5% (U16) and 93.0% (U18) save percentage for Invicta whilst also taking the opportunity to
loan for other teams across the A and B leagues at both age groups. He’s featured regularly at conference level during his junior career and also represented England U16 against Scotland in 22/23. At the end of last season, he was selected for Team Longstaff during the England Ice Hockey Showcase in Sheffield.

On the promotion of these four players, Invicta Junior Ice Hockey Clubs Head Coach (and former Dynamos Legend) Mike Kindred said “Having worked closely with Karl and Phil Chard over the summer I am very excited for the upcoming season and the Dynamos Pathway that has been created. Not only is this a fantastic opportunity for our very talented junior players, it will also inspire the rest of our junior system to train hard, on and off the ice, to follow their dream of one day playing for the Dynamos. Thank you to Karl for opening this route that allows these four talented players to make the transition from junior to senior hockey. Daniel, Dylan, Evan and Nikolai are passionate, hard-working and very talented junior players and I know that they will do us all proud.”
On the addition of more youth to the roster, Head Coach Karl Lennon shared “A huge part of my focus since taking this role has been the development of younger players, creating a pathway from junior hockey to senior. We’ve had, and continue to have, many great examples of that in the past two seasons. I believe if you’re good enough you’re old enough and that we must have a continuous flow of young, ambitious and driven players joining the roster. The Invicta Junior Ice Hockey Club does an incredible job to bring them to the right level and condition so that they can take the next step.
With that in mind I’m delighted to add these four young men to the team. When they became eligible by age, we had Dan, Evan and Nikolai train with us for much of last season. Each of them coping extremely well with the level and with an exceptional attitude. Dan even managed to make his Dynamos debut which was a highlight of last season for me. Then in addition we can also welcome back to the club Dylan who started his hockey journey here as an U10. All of them have very bright futures ahead of them and I’m very happy and excited to help them on their journey.”
The four young gentlemen will wear the following numbers this season:
· 24. Evan Chard
· 42. Daniel Alabaster
· 64. Nikolai Divall
· 75. Dylan Worthy
Welcome to the Mos Evan, Daniel, Nikolai and Dylan!
