49 Billy Woods

Woods is a former Invicta Junior, joining the set up in 2017. In the subsequent 3 seasons he iced for both the U18s Broncos and Colts, showing great promise, before getting the call to step up to NIHL1 and a spot with the Mos. Woods showed much improvement as the season progressed and he certainly grasped the opportunity with both hands.

A local lad who quickly became a fan favourite, narrowly missing out on receiving the Supporter’s Player of the Year Award at the End of Season Presentation Night. He iced for the club in 32 games last season, scoring 1 goal and assisting in a further 7 giving him a points total of 8 and accumulating just 6 penalty minutes in that time.

“In a tough season Billy was a standout performer for all the right reasons. In his first full season with the Dynamos, he put together some extremely impressive performances. Always willing to listen and learn from the guidance of those around him. I expect him to kick on to the next level this season and really cement his place in our Roster as a main stay for the Dynamos.
