The Invicta Dynamos are thrilled to confirm the return of #61 Arran Strawson.
No stranger to the Mos faithful, Straws steps back onto the blue line in his familiar role and will ice this weekend. A calm, experienced presence and a true fan favourite, his return brings composure, quality, and a whole lot of heart.
On his return, Strawson said, “I knew I couldn’t stay retired long… I’ve missed the game, the dressing room, the whole lot but most of all you fans and the atmosphere. Just so you know that when I pull on that jersey I will be giving it my all, so let’s push on together and see you at the bowl on Sunday. Straws #61”
Head Coach Karl Lennon adds, “Delighted that Straws is going to step back in the game with us. He’s been a figure within this club for many years now and we know exactly what we will get from him. He cares deeply about this club and is an experienced head that will support the development of our younger players. As a player he possesses great composure on the puck and has excellent offensive output from the back. Fitting that someone who has contributed so much to us in the past would come back in for this weekend. 🫶”
