🚨 FIRST UP: PRE-SEASON WEEKEND FOLLOWED BY LEAGUE & LEAGUE CUP ACTION
We open our season with back-to-back Pre-Seasonclashes on the weekend of 29/30th August:
- 🏠 Home Opener – Saturday 29th August vs Solihull Barons
- 🚌 Road Game – Sunday 30th August vs Solihill Barons
The league campaign begins the following weekend at HOME:
- 📍 Sunday 20th September – Dynamos vs Buccaneers at Planet Ice Gillingham – League & League Points!

🏆 NIHL SOUTH DIVISION 1
This season, eight teams will once again contest the Britton NIHL South 1.
📊 Each team plays a four-game series (two home, two away), with the top-placed team crowned South Division Champions and progressing to a National Final vs the North Division winners in Coventry.

🥅 NIHL SOUTH 1 LEAGUE CUP
This season reintroduces the combined league & cup format, with dual points awarded when teams meet for the first time home and away.
🏁 Top four teams advance to:
- Semi-Final Weekend – 16/17th January
- Cup Final Weekend – 20th/21st February
Group A: Streatham Redhawks, Slough Jets, Swindon Wildcats 2, Cardiff Fire
Group B: Invicta Dynamos, Chelmsford Chieftains, Solent Devils, Romford Buccaneers
🧊 NIHL SOUTH 1 PLAYOFFS
The Playoffs follow a 1v8, 2v7 format, with:
- Quarter & Semi Finals played over weekends of 27/28th March and 3rd/4th April, home and away
🏆 The season culminates in the Steel City Showdown:
- Finals Weekend in Sheffield – 10th/11th April
- Saturday – Divisional Playoff Finals
- Sunday – National Playoff Champions crowned

We’re also set for a fierce round robin format against:
- Streatham Redhawks
- Slough Jets
- Chelmsford Chieftains
- Romford Buccaneers
One home, one away fixture per team, played throughout the season.
