Just like the weather things are heating up with all clubs building their roster for the new season. Coach Karl along with the back office team are still hard at work. No summer rest just yet as the 2026/27 Dynamos roster is finalised. With more signings being announced very soon what better time to look back on the story so far with Karl’s thoughts……

#32 Brad Windlebank
“I believe that Brad is the best Netminder in the division, so of course he was a high priority for us to retain. His performances last season were nothing short of spectacular and we’ll be looking for more of that from him this year. You shared the same opinion, voting him as your Player of the Season. He is a pleasure to work with and from day one he has bought into being a Dynamo. Welcome back Windy”
#95 Jacob Ranson
“Delighted to have Ranny back with us next season. He was a fundamental addition to the team last year. His experience was a huge value added and he went above and beyond when it came to sharing that with our line up. He’s someone that I can depend upon to play in multiple roles and his tenacity is infectious. Of course we were intent on continuing his time here so welcome back Ranny.”

#28 Mads Thune
“Mads was exceptional for us last season. Some of his performances were the difference maker in the big matches, notably a hat trick away from home in the win against Streatham. As he now enters his fourth season with us, you can see his growing influence on the team. He’s a consummate professional both on and off the ice and someone I can depend upon in all situations.
#75 Dylan Worthy
“The progress that Dylan has made these past two seasons with us has been exceptional. He listens, asks questions and is intent on being the best version of himself. Towards the end of the season he became increasingly more important to the team and I will be looking for him to pick up where he left off. His potential is there for all to see — now we’re starting to see that potential manifest into a serious hockey player. Welcome back Dylan.”

#14 Luca Pascale
“Luca joined us last season and settled straight into the team. He’s a character off the ice and a creative forward on it. I felt that across the season his presence for the team grew and now with that full term behind him, we’ll see the benefit of that come September. Despite his young age he took a senior role within the team and played all situations with us last year. Welcome back Luca, we’ll get back at it in September”
#22 Megas Kanys
“Megas and I spoke following the season and it was clear to me that he would be a good addition to our roster. Defence was an area of strength and improvement last term and he was an important player for the Buccaneers at that end of the ice. When we played against each other he stood out with his performances and despite his young age, you could see he took a leadership role within the team. He’s a big strong lad that skates and moves the puck well.

#36 Callum Burnett
“Delighted to have Cam back with us for the coming season. He’s a player that has fitted in perfectly to the club both on and off the ice. He makes those around him better, sees the ice well, is positionally astute and pops up in big moments with big plays. I can trust him in all game situations and love to work with him. So welcome back Cam”
#71 Artjoms Kazaks
“Despite being 19, Artjoms has already amassed nearly 100 games at this level. He has been ever present in the Buccaneers line up and even dressed with the Raiders a number of times. After being given Forward of the Year with the Buccs, he clearly is highly thought of and so we’re happy to have him with us. He’s a player that is capable of playing a role for the team and his production is improving year on year. Looking forward to supporting his continued development. Welcome to the Dynamos Artjoms”

#13 Dan Scott
“So much of last season was disrupted by injury for Dan, we really missed his presence in the lineup along the way. It was great to just be able to add him to the roster for the playoffs. Obviously he is super motivated to put that behind him, and I’m delighted to have him back. He brings a wealth of experience, a high compete level and he’s a real character on and off the ice. So I’m excited to have him with us again
#64 Nikolai Divall
“Delighted to have Nikolai back for another season. I believe he’s right up there with the best this country has to offer for his age. He gets better by the game and his attitude is fantastic. He’s really cemented himself into our roster and when called upon he always shows up and puts in the performances. Glad to have you back Nikolai”

#74 William Robinson
“23 year old Canadian William and I got connected and after our first conversation it was clear to me that he would be a good fit for us. I’ve watched a fair amount of footage and I could see that he’s a smart power forward that can find the net. He comes from a very good level of hockey in Canada, from a team that has provided a number of successful National level players here in the UK. That exposure and experience will be invaluable to us. He’s very excited to come across and we can’t wait to have him in the line up.
#87 Harrison Lillis
“Harry has been up there with my most dependable players in my time as coach. It was a privilege to take part in his Testimonial a few weeks ago and it was very evident that you also hold him in very high regard. He gives his all every time he steps on the ice and wears his heart on his sleeve. I’m very happy to have him back and I know he can’t wait to get back on the ice come September”

#36 Callum Burnett
“Very happy to have Callum back with us for the upcoming season. Since he was last with us he’s got himself back up into the National League with the Raiders and proven through his capabilities at that level as a player. Credit to him and thankfully we will be the beneficiary of that progress. He’s well known to the group and so I expect him to settle straight back in on our blue line. On top of his defensive attributes, he often contributes offensively. So welcome back to Invicta Callum, looking forward to working with you again.”
#16 Ruben Yeates
“Reuben had a solid start to his senior hockey career in the 2nd half of last season. As soon as he turned 16 we got him in the lineup and he fitted straight in, not just on the ice but off it too. He’s a big strong lad despite his age, skates well and is very comfortable on the puck. We believe that he has a huge amount of potential and I’m really looking forward to seeing him further realise that this season. Welcome back Reuben”

#18 Preston Tombs
“Preston had a solid start to his Dynamos time last season and from speaking with him in the summer, it was clear he really enjoyed being part of this group. He’s already amassed a good number of games at this level and is still a young player that is developing continuously. He is composed on the puck, has a good stick and I’m looking to see that continue to evolve with us. So welcome back Preston, looking forward to working with you again”
