CAPTAIN DAVIS HANGS UP HIS SKATES

Apr 11, 2023 | All News, Club news

With a heavy heart we would like to offer the biggest of thanks to our Captain, Tommy Davis, who played his last game for the club on Sunday and now steps away from hockey to focus on his family and the arrival of his first child, due in the summer.

Davis joined the club for the 2019/20 season and has been an integral part of the team ever since, having served as Captain for the entire duration of his time with us. A great guy on and off the ice and an inspirational Captain and Leader he will be much missed by everyone involved with the Mos.

Prior to joining us he spent a fair few seasons on the opposing side, having risen through the ranks in Chelmsford, followed by stints in Milton Keynes and Peterborough and most recently, before his move to Gillingham, in Romford as well as a season in Oxford. He quickly established himself at the Mos and is highly regarded by his peers and our Management.

We will miss you Tommy. Thanks for everything you have done for the club these past 3 seasons, your passion and commitment will be a huge loss. We wish you and Lauren the very best and look forward to meeting your little one soon.

Tommy will be at the End of Season Presentation Night on the 29th April at The Light in Sittingbourne so come along and join us and give him the send off he deserves.
