The Invicta Dynamos today donated a fantastic £525 to the Medway NHS Foundation Trust – money raised by our generous supporters who purchased NHS charity t-shirts designed by PuckDrop.
In May 2020 the club partnered up with the designers at PuckDrop to release two unique t-shirt designs in the hope of raising funds to support the NHS in the fight against Covid-19. The response from supporters was swift and overwhelming with sales far exceeding expectations. As a result, joint club owner Sarah Parrish was today able to hand over a cheque for an incredible £525 to our local NHS trust that will now go to supporting the organisation in the ongoing battle with the pandemic.
Speaking on the total raised, joint club owner Sarah Parrish said, “We are absolutely delighted to have been able to raise over £500 for such a great cause. The NHS are at the forefront of the fight against Covid-19 so it is fantastic to be able to both contribute and show our appreciation for everything they are doing. As a club we want to thank the fans for their generosity in supporting this venture and snapping up t-shirts in their droves. The amount purchased far exceeded our expectations and we would like to commend our Dynamos family for pulling together yet again for another fantastic cause.
“Lastly we would also like to say a big thank to PuckDrop who created the amazing designs that captured the interest of so many of our supporters. Without the time and input of PuckDrop this would never have been possible.”
