Forward Steve Osman will no longer serve a game suspension after his match penalty for high sticks against the Bracknell Hornets on Sunday 14th September was downgraded to a game penalty leaving him free to ice this weekend.
Steve Osman was the unfortunate recipient of a match penalty as a freak accidental high stick collision drew blood from his opponent forcing the officials to follow the rule book and remove him from the encounter as the Dynamos took on Bracknell in Berkshire. However the injured player was later able to return to the ice and feature in the remainder of the fixture causing Osman’s penalty to be downgraded. The news will come as a boost to the Mos who will be hoping their new number 83 can continue the good form he showed on his debut where he netted his first for his new side against the Oxford City Stars.
Steve Osman will now feature for the Dynamos on Saturday as his side host the Streatham Redskins at the Silver Blades Gillingham from 5.15pm before a Sunday trip to Chelmsford to take on the Chieftains at the Riverside.
