Harrison Lillis is a homegrown talent having risen through the junior ranks in Gillingham before making his senior debut aged 18 in the 2011/12 campaign. Since then his hockey career has been spent almost exclusively with the Dynamos but for a half season stint with Streatham IHC during 2013/14.

2019/20 was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic but Harrison Lillis still featured 38 times in the Mos’ rear guard – scoring three goals and claiming 10 assists in the process. The physical defenceman also tallied up 104 minutes of penalties whilst patrolling the blue line.

Lillis will now enter the new campaign as one of the club’s longest serving players having already pulled on a Mos jersey for 344 appearances – a tally that only five other skaters from the club’s 23 year history can surpass. In those outings he has managed 17 goals, 41 assists and so 58 points whilst also amassing 503 penalty minutes. He now returns for a tenth season at Planet Ice Gillingham where he will continue to battle for his hometown club.

“I’m very pleased to have Harry back on the team. He’s a dependable defenceman with great ties to the club and one of the first players I approached to return for 2020/21. Harry is still only 26 but already has nine seasons with the Mos under his belt and to now be hitting a decade with one team is a remarkable achievement. I know Harry will work hard and run through walls for this side and you can ask for little more than that. I am pleased to have him back again and look forward to working with him for another year.”
