Anthony Lennon has been a regular in Kent since joining brother Karl and first appearing for the Dynamos in the 2004/05 season having signed on a rolling contract with an opportunity to impress Head Coach Kevin Parrish.
His no nonsense approach to the game, hard hitting style and dedication to the team quickly won over the club’s supporters and the blue liner was offered a place on the roster every year since. Having signed up for his eighth term with the Dynamos at the beginning of 2011/12, Lennon went on to suffer a difficult campaign after seeing his playing time halted as he picked up a fractured shoulder in just his sixth outing of the competition. However, after a prolonged spell on the sidelines, the skater would eventually finish the season having iced 22 times. His determination to get back on the ice, coupled with his presence at all training sessions and games during his period of injury, then saw him awarded the ‘Clubman of the Year’ Award come the end of season presentation evening in April 2012.

Due to new career commitments ‘Tony’ regretfully decided that he had to take a step back from the Dynamos as he could not be as fully committed to the team as he would want to be.
